The news of the new organisational structure of our group is very recent but we have to take a step backwards to explain the reason for the ‘restyling’ at the top.
Our company reached a turning point in 2019, and many milestones further accelerated the growth of DoveVivo, including the acquisition of another two competitors (Place4You and EasyRoom), and entrance into a new sector - student housing, with the acquisition of rtmliving.
Over recent years, we’ve moved our goal higher and higher and the stated aim for 2020 has always been to start doing business abroad. We’ve made the preparations, we’ve researched the market, the dynamics of the different contexts and the needs of our foreign prospects - and now we’re ready to export our model of co-living outside Italy.
Nevertheless, knowledge of the market isn’t enough. Internal processes also have to be streamlined, decisions and operations speeded up and the organisation at its best, particularly as our team grows with talents and new entrances every month, and there are now more than 120 people. To do this, the company structure has been redefined, with the managers of the various departments reporting directly to Valerio Fonseca, our Managing Director. Giulio Limongelli, appointed Head of International for the group, has also joined the team and will be concerned with the overseas development of DoveVivo.
The team is ready to seize the opportunities presented by 2020, which will take us a long way!
