The management of the Business Development...

In the light of the ambitious short-, medium- and long-term growth project for the Company, with a target of 100 million turnover and accommodation for 16,000 persons in 2023, over the past year the Business Development team has increasingly oriented towards a greater structuring with a recruitment of senior profiles and a specialisation per target of interest.

Today it comprises 12 members, led by two Business Development Manager who carry on the development of the property purchasing plan on the national territory: Claudio Piccarreta,, formerly JLL, who joined DoveVivo last May, concentrates on relations with the Institutional Real Estate world (SGR, funds, insurance companies); Matteo Cilloni, formerly Prelios, who joined DoveVivo only a few weeks ago, focuses on the growth of the portfolio of property owned by physical persons, property companies, professionals, religious bodies. The teams interact with definite and different interlocutors to effectively orient the search for single apartments, property complexes and detached houses, large-scale operations, restructuring and upgrading. William Maggio founder and president of the Company, remains at the head of the Division, maintaining an active role in relations with the most strategic partners.
If the Business Development area is now complete from a managerial point of view, the ambitious objectives of company growth, with the future entry into new markets, envisage the acquisition of further talents in the team.
