The closing ceremony of the Unnia Award was held on Wednesday 4 July at the headquarters of Borsa Italiana, the Italian Stock Exchange, in the Palazzo Mezzanotte.
DoveVivo took part in the 2018 edition of the Premio Mario Unnia - Talento & Impresa (Mario Unnia Award - Talent & Business), reaching the final and competing with other large Italian companies in the “Talent Coaches” category.
The award aims to recognize companies that, every day, combine their capacity for innovation and forward thinking and develop their resources in pursuit of continuous and lasting success. These companies, who know how to identify and develop individual skills, make “talent” their vision for not only their own businesses, but more generally, for the region and the country.
What impressed about DoveVivo is how they view their own employees. They believe that rather than “being talents”, people “possess talents” and that these skills can only be developed if they are consistent with the position that the employee will take up and if they are in the right organisation.
Taking part in the Unnia Award and placing second was an important milestone for DoveVivo and it attests once again to the excellent work of the HR Team who set themselves the goal of selecting, developing and retaining talent and talents in the company.
