How do I tell you that I’ve found a replacement?

If you’ve found a replacement interested in renting your room, you can send their details to your point of contact at DoveVivo. Your point of contact is the person who helped you when you reserved your room, so you should already have their email address (check your inbox if you didn’t save their contact). Alternatively, you can get in touch via the “Contacts” page on our website.
You need to provide the following details about your replacement:
- Name and surname
- Phone number
- Email address
- Identity card or passport
- Residency address
- Italian fiscal code (codice fiscale), if available
