I no longer want to give notice. What should I do?

You can only cancel the notice you gave if the room has not already been rented to somebody else.
You can do this using the DoveVivo app, in the “DoveVivo and Me” menu, under “Notice”. If your request has the status “pending”, you can click “cancel my notice” to cancel your notice with immediate effect.
If, however, your request has already been processed (“closed” on the app), click 'No' below at the answer 'Was this article helpful?' then on 'Contact us'.
We will get in touch as soon as possible to let you know if you can cancel your notice or to offer you alternative solutions.
