If I can't come to check-in personally, can I have someone else check in for me?

Since the sublease contract is a legally recognized document and can only be made with those who are going to occupy the rented room, we are not able to accept anyone else (even members of your family) delegated by you who comes to our office to sign or collect the keys on your behalf.

What happens if I'm running late?

If you encounter any inconvenience or delay on the day of your check-in, please contact us immediately on +39 02 36697390 and we will do our best to still guarantee your entry in the apartment based on the availability of our operator.

In case of a delay on your part with respect to the agreed check-in time, DoveVivo reserves the right to charge € 20.00 for every 20 minutes of delay.

How do I book my check-in?

You can book an appointment for your check-in using the DoveVivo App with the access credentials we sent through email.Before you select the date and time you prefer follow the instructions of the App.
If you are an italian citizen you will be able to sign you contract with the digital signature directly on the App before you book your check-in.If you are a non EU citizen or EU citizen you will sign the contract directly on your check-in with our operator.

Check-in is by appointment only in the apartment or in our office.We inform you that, in order to guarantee you more availability and to ensure the cleanliness of your room, it is necessary to book the check-in at least 48 hours in advance.
You can only consider your appointment confirmed once you have received the confirmation email.Please note that you can check in from the start date of your contract (subject to availability).
