Can I send more than one request to reserve a room?

The >Reserve this room process draws up an official rental agreement. You can, therefore, only make one request to reserve the room you want to rent.

How do I use filters to find my perfect room?

Use the filters to refine the research of your ideal room. In addition to the city you prefer, you can specify the type of room, the date of arrival, your budget and the additional services that are essential to you.

What will I find in my room?

All our rooms are equipped with a bed, workstation, wardrobe and basic furnishings. Please note that you will not find bed linen and towels in your room when you arrive.

Can I know who I am going to live with?

For privacy reasons it is not possible to provide you with specific personal information about your future flatmates, but you can check on the website whether they are workers/students and their age.

Can I visit the room before reserving it?

Absolutely! We give everyone the opportunity to visit the spaces they are going to live in. To book a visit click on the "Book it!" button and then at the bottom left click on:

- Book a visit: choose whether you prefer a video call or an in-person visit, enter your personal details and indicate your preferred day and time. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with details of your appointment; - Request more information: choose to write us a message or choose to be contacted by one of our colleagues, leave your details to be called back.

Remember that you can book a maximum of three visits to different rooms.
If you can't physically visit the rooms, you can take a virtual tour of many of our flats on the website and feel at home!

Why I can find representative photos?

The note >Representative image may appear on the descriptions of some rooms. In this case, the selected room or flat has recently been renovated, so the photos are not available yet. In terms of equipment and furniture, the final result of the work will be similar to the representative images shown in the listing.
Remember that you can always organize a visit or video-visit with one of our sales agents, who will be at your complete disposal and will be able to show you in a proper way the room you are interested in.

How does the booking process work?

You can book your room in a few simple steps:

1.Go to the home page of our website www.dovevivo.com, select the city you are interested in, use the filters to find the ideal solution according to your date of arrival, how long you intend to stay and your budget.
2. View the proposed solutions, once you have found the best one, click on >Book it!
3. Confirm the displayed options and proceed by clicking on >Book
4. Check carefully the payment plan and continue to complete your booking by filling in the form correctly with your personal details that will go into your contract
5.Read and accept the contract terms and conditions
6.Enter your credit card details to complete the payment

You will then receive :

The confirmation of your booking with the contract, the FAQ, the privacy policy and the tenant rules
Your credentials to log-in on DoveVivo App and the link to change your password when you want
The steps to follow to sign the contract digitally and to book your check-in on DoveVivo App
The invoices , with the explanations of the items, to be paid before your check-in.
